Kim M. Johnson

President/CEO

Kim has spent the last 30 years of her life working on the frontlines of underserved communities in central Florida, helping to improve the lives of children and families. Kim’s professional experience includes management, program development, training, teaching, grant writing, and community engagement in social service, schools, university, and nonprofit settings. It was when she began managing the Callahan Neighborhood Center in 2007 where her love of anti-hunger work began. She served on the board of Florida Impact for two years and then worked as their Central Florida Program Coordinator from 2010 until 2017. During that time, she also served on the board of Central Florida Second Harvest Food Bank. Kim then moved on to work for Orange County Public Schools Food and Nutrition Services as their grants, nutrition, education, and community programs manager until she re-joined Florida Impact as President/CEO in January 2021. Kim was born and raised in Great Neck, New York, and she received her Bachelor’s of Social Work and Master’s of Social Work from Adelphi University. Kim is married to Langston Johnson and the proud mother of three amazing daughters, Robyn, Renee, and Ryanna. She is a member of Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church in Orlando and a proud member of her beloved sorority Alpha Kappa Alpha, Inc. She loves to exercise, roller skate, and spend time with her family.

Asheena Moses

Statewide Outreach and Advocacy Manager

Asheena Moses joined the Florida Impact team in June 2021. She has ten years of experience in the field of food service, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Culinary Arts and Food and Beverage Management from Le Cordon Bleu, and a Master’s in Public Health with an emphasis on Nutrition from Liberty University. For the last four years, Asheena served as a Food and Nutrition Specialist with Orange County Public Schools. It was there she realized her purpose: to work in a capacity that allows her the opportunity to assist in improving the health of individuals in underserved communities. Asheena earned her Master’s degree in May of 2021, graduating with honors . She is excited to carry out the mission of Florida Impact to End Hunger. In her spare time, Asheena enjoys painting and cooking.

Earline Hayes

Community Outreach Specialist

Mrs. Earline Hayes joined the Florida Impact team in February 2022. After 28 years as a Senior Communications Specialists with a Fortune 500 Company, Earline is the epitome of dedicated service. While in this position she set a new standard with her innovative skills to ensure that consumers were provided with professional, knowledgeable, and experienced assistance. She will now incorporate her soft skills as our new Community Outreach Specialist. Serving as a proud wife and Caregiver to her disabled husband, Earline also serves as a loving mother, and BiBi. In her free time she volunteers as the Administrator of her church, Word Aflame Ministries, is a true champion for the elderly and loves to maintain her community in the way it deserves; well kept and in order. We welcome Earline along with her creative and positive energy to the Florida Feed The Hungry Team.
